Marvel’s Guardians Of The Galaxy is an adventure video game developed by Eidos Montreal, set to be released in October 2021. Players will take on the role of Star-Lord and embark on adventures with Groot, Gamora, and Rocket.
The main character, Star-Lord, fights enemies using weapons and hovers in the air with the help of rocket boots. The player does not directly control the other characters, but can give commands based on their unique abilities. The essence of the game is team battles with evil aliens and solving puzzles, all with trademark humor and 80s soundtracks.
The player will have to fight and make the characters gain experience points, so that Star-Lord can deliver a motivational speech and inspire the characters for further successful battles. Despite the variety of choices for Star-Lord and branching dialogue paths, the game only has one ending. The game can only be played solo on Nintendo, Playstation, Xbox, and Windows platforms.
