Batman: The Telltale Series is an Adventure game in two parts developed by Telltale Games, released in 2016-2017. It offers an alternative take on Batman’s story and features unconventional versions of familiar characters.
The game consists of 5 consecutive episodes. In the first episode titled “Realm of Shadows,” Bruce Wayne engages in politics while Batman fights crime in Gotham City. In the second episode, “Children of Arkham,” Bruce learns more about his heritage and gains new enemies. The third part, “New World Order,” sees a rise of a generation of supervillains. Following that, in the episode “Guardian of Gotham,” Bruce and Batman work together to save the city from utter chaos. In the final episode, “City of Light,” the battle between good and evil reaches its peak.
The Batman: The Telltale Series duology is intense and filled with violence, but offers a fresh approach to iconic superheroes. The game is available not only on Windows and consoles but also on smartphones, tablets, iOS, and Android devices.
