Batman: Gotham Knights is an action-RPG game developed by the American studio WB Games Montreal, set to be released in 2022. Despite the title, the game does not feature Batman as he is believed to be dead. Instead, his friends step up to protect Gotham and prevent the Court of Owls organization from carrying out their sinister plans.
The team of fighters includes:
- Robin – a young Tim Drake with deductive thinking and psychological techniques;
- Batgirl – determined Barbara Gordon with experience in kickboxing, jiu-jitsu, and capoeira;
- Red Hood – weapons specialist Jason Todd;
- Nightwing – charismatic acrobat Dick Grayson.
Key features include an open world, character progression, and damage numbers displayed above enemies. Players will take on the role of the Dark Knight and save the city from descending into chaos. Batman: Gotham Knights will be available for single-player and two-player cooperative gameplay on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox.
